About my research: My current research (Master thesis) focuses on eclipsing post common envelope binaries. I am analyzing white dwarf plus M-dwarf binary candidates within Catalina Sky Survey (CSS) light curves and Sloan digital sky survey (SDSS) spectra. This search has the goal to find new eclipsing systems and to measure with a high accuracy the fundamental physical parameters for both stars
